Govt. Polytechnic Moradabad was established in the Year 1964. Er. J.P. Bhargav was its first principal. The Institute is situated at Kanth Road, Opp. Vivekanand Hospital. It is far away 5 K.M. from Railway Station and 6 K.M. from Bus Stand.
Moradabad city was well known its non-ferrous foundries there was about 1200 foundries of various capacities which are registered with the U.P. industries department in Moradabad. These are not in position to produce the quality product to meet the requirement of the foreign market due to lack of facilities.
This Institute was introducing modern techniques of production and arrange technically qualifies persons specialized in the field of Civil Engg, Electrical Engg and Mechanical Engg. (Production ).
